1. Request service

Potter Service provides a search and assisted-purchase service for telephone numbers. Submitting a request does not create a sale or guarantee a number.

2. No reservation

Numbers placed in a cart remain subject to availability. Another buyer may acquire a number before Potter Service completes the purchase.

3. Estimated website prices

Prices displayed in search results are estimated Potter Service purchase prices. The final price is confirmed directly with the customer before payment.

4. No online payment

This website does not collect payment for telephone numbers. Payment instructions are provided only after availability and final terms are confirmed.

5. Purchase authorization

Potter Service will not purchase a number until the customer agrees to the final price and cleared payment is received.

6. Third-party inventory

Telephone-number availability, activation, account requirements, and source pricing may be controlled by third-party providers and can change without notice.

7. Porting

Porting depends on accurate account information, receiving-carrier support, rate-center compatibility, and carrier approval. Potter Service cannot guarantee a successful port or a particular timeline.

8. Carrier service

The customer is responsible for selecting and paying a receiving carrier. Potter Service does not sell monthly calling or texting service through this website.

9. Advertising

Customers should not publish or print a requested number until purchase, activation, and porting have completed successfully.

10. Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation terms will be provided before payment. Once a number is purchased from a third party, some or all amounts may be nonrefundable.

11. Accurate information

Customers must provide accurate contact and carrier information and may not request numbers for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

12. Updates

These terms may be updated as the website, API integration, and purchase process develop.
